What does a holistic nutritionist do?
A holistic nutritionist looks at the whole person – not just food, but stress, sleep, mindset, and environment. I work with your body's natural rhythms and biochemistry to heal issues like hormonal imbalances, chronic fatigue, gut dysfunction, and burnout from the root up – not just slap on a band-aid.
Can you help with hormone issues like PMS, painful periods or coming off birth control?
Yes – this is my zone. Whether it's irregular cycles, low progesterone, heavy bleeds, or Post Pill Hormone support. I help women get to the root cause through clinical nutrition, nervous system regulation, and mindset rewiring so you can experience pain-free, predictable, and empowering periods.
What results can I expect from working with you?
You can expect more than symptom relief. Most clients report better energy, regular cycles, deeper sleep, clearer skin, improved digestion, and feeling more like themselves again – mentally, physically, emotionally. Results are subjective to the person and their dedication to the work required.
What are your qualifications?
Chelsea Adrienne is a qualified and registered Clinical Nutritionist who studied a Bachelor of Health Science degree at Endeavour College of Natural Health. She is registered with Australian Natural Therapies Association (#22547). She also spent 8 months studying Neuro Linguistic Programming and Hypnotherapy with Hayley Carr as a self-hypnosis coach and uses these techniques in her life and her coaching with clients to enhance results.
How long will it take to see results?
That depends on your body and your commitment. Most women feel noticeable shifts within 3–6 weeks, and deeper transformation over 3 months. Hormones take time to heal, but change starts the moment you take aligned action.
What’s the difference between your approach and a naturopath or GP?
Whereas a GP might prescribe the pill or painkillers, I take a root-cause approach. I blend functional nutrition, clinical education, and subconscious reprogramming to target the real reason you’re exhausted, inflamed, or out of sync. It’s not either-or — I empower you to advocate for your health with or without your doctor’s support.
Do you offer testing like blood work or hormone panels?
I can guide you on what to ask your GP for (like blood or saliva hormone tests) or refer you for functional testing if needed. But most of the time, your symptoms tell the story — and we can begin healing without expensive tests.
I’ve tried everything. What makes your method different?
Because I don’t just treat the body — I work with your nervous system and beliefs too. Most women are stuck in stress loops, perfectionism, and "do more" cycles that block healing. I combine Nutrition, NLP, and low-tox living to reset your entire system — not just your hormones. My work is inside-out, Holistic healing, this means whole body, mind and soul. To me you’re not just another symptom, you’re a person who has needs, a life and everything is taken into consideration.
What programs or services do you offer?
I offer both 1:1 coaching and structured self-paced programs. My most popular services include the “Rewire & Radiate” private sessions, or “Rupture” a 3 session deep healing program tailored to the individual with 1-1 sessions and take home workbooks. Everything is designed to help you reclaim your energy, balance your hormones, and feel safe in your body again.
