Who I am:

For most of my adult life, I lived disconnected from my body.

I struggled with chronic pain, anxiety, inflammation, painful cycles, weight fluctuations and a nervous system that constantly felt overwhelmed. Like many women, I learnt how to function through it all — to push through exhaustion, silence symptoms, ignore my body and keep going.

But deep down, I knew there had to be another way.

After a serious gym accident left me with chronic nerve pain and spinal damage, I was faced with the reality so many people experience: medication, surgery, and symptom management were presented as the only options available to me.

And while those paths serve an important purpose for many, something inside me knew my body was asking for deeper healing.

That moment became the beginning of my journey into holistic health, nervous system healing, nutrition, lifestyle medicine and the mind-body connection.

I went on to study at Endeavour College of Natural Health, where I completed a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine in 2021. But beyond the degree itself, my greatest education came through lived experience — through learning how stress, inflammation, emotional suppression, lifestyle habits, subconscious patterns and disconnection from self can profoundly impact the body.

Like many women, I was placed on hormonal contraception at a young age and sold the idea that suppressing my cycle was freedom. Over time, I became deeply disconnected from my body, my hormones, my intuition and the natural rhythms that make us women.

At the same time, I was battling chronic anxiety, emotional overwhelm, inflammation, burnout and a body that no longer felt safe to live in.

What I know now is this:

The body is never working against us.
Symptoms are not random.
They are communication.

Healing was never about “fixing” myself or reaching some perfect destination. What once began as a desperate search for answers slowly became something far deeper — a journey back into balance, safety, self-trust and alignment.

Today, through Chelsea Adrienne Wellness, I help women reconnect with their bodies and uncover the deeper root patterns impacting their hormones, gut health, energy, inflammation, mindset, stress and overall wellbeing.

Because true wellness is not built through punishment, restriction or perfection.

It is built through understanding the body, supporting the nervous system, nourishing ourselves deeply and creating a life that feels aligned from the inside out.

And my mission is to help women feel radiant in their bodies again — physically, emotionally and energetically.
